• For most Internet Explorer users, choose "Open" or "Run" Firefox users, when prompted, save the file to your computer, then go to where you saved the file "americanpcsSupport.exe" and double click on it

• Click the "Show my PC Now" button.

• Provide the technician with the 4 digit password.

• Wait for us to complete the connection to your computer.
