American PCS was founded by Nathan Roane in 2001, in the dorms of Iowa Western. The business has changed quite a bit over the years, but the focus has remained the same. We do not treat our customers as sales prospects, but as partners. We will provide an honest assessment of your IT infrastructure and provide possible improvements, but never try to sell our customers anything they do not need. We have found that our low pressure approach has earned the trust of our clients so much so that we truly function as an extension of their business, almost as if we are their very own IT department.
Our attention to detail and focus on customer service have not gone unnoticed. We have been voted the area’s best Commercial IT Support company every year, since the category was added in 2013. We have had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau since joining in 2006, without a complaint. After the completion of every ticket, we send a 5-question customer satisfaction survey.
