American PCS, a leading provider of IT support and cybersecurity services in the Council Bluffs and Omaha Metro area since 2010, was honored as an integral part of the All Care healthcare team at their community tailgate on August 7. 

As the annual Spirit Award was presented to the HOPE Medical Outreach Coalition, by Joel Dougherty, Chief Executive Officer of All Care Health Center, Dougherty's emphasized the critical role American PCS plays in the organization’s success. “For the past 10 to 15 years, the Spirit Award has recognized partners whose contributions are indispensable to our mission,” Dougherty said.

“American PCS has been more than just an IT provider—they’ve been integral members of our team. As technology has evolved, their work has become even more essential. American PCS has won this award so many times that we’ve practically retired their jerseys.”

While assisting with the Spirit Award presentation, Nate Roane, President and CEO of American PCS, accompanied by several key members of his staff, expressed gratitude and highlighted the collaborative relationship American PCS shares with all of their Omaha and Council Bluffs-based customers.

“This recognition from All Care Health Center is a testament to the strong partnerships we’ve built over the years,” Roane said. “We pride ourselves on being a comprehensive and collaborative IT partner, ensuring our clients’ technology needs are not just met, but exceeded.”

Following the presentation, Dougherty announced that American PCS would become the official sponsor of the All Care Health Center’s annual Spirit Award. “American PCS has consistently demonstrated their commitment to our community, and we are thrilled that they have agreed to sponsor this award moving forward,” Dougherty said. “It is now the All Care Spirit Award, sponsored by American PCS.”

Roane also spoke about the special connection American PCS has developed with more than ten local nonprofit organizations. “Our local nonprofits are the backbone of our community, and it’s crucial they have a reliable IT partner,” Roane stated. “We strive to be that partner, offering everything from basic support to advanced cybersecurity solutions, and helping our clients turn technology into a competitive advantage rather than just a necessity.”
